克拉霉素联用硝呋太尔栓治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎疗效分析

Efficacy of Clarithromycin Combined with Nifuratel Suppository in the Treatment of Non-gonococcal Cervicitis

目的:探讨克拉霉素联用硝呋太尔栓治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎疗效。方法:选取对象为108例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,均选自2017年2月~2019年3月期间,随机抽签分为对照组和观察组各54例,对照组采用克拉霉素治疗,观察组联合硝呋太尔栓治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组患者98.15%的治疗有效率,明显高于对照组87.04%的治疗有效率(P<0.05);观察组患者5.56%的不良反应率与对照组18.52%的不良反应率比较,明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:针对非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,采用克拉霉素联用硝呋太尔栓治疗能取得良好的治疗效果,用药安全,为临床应用此类药物提供重要的参考依据。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of clarithromycin combined with nifuratel suppository in the treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis.Methods:108 patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis were selected from February 2017 to March 2019,and randomly divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clarithromycin,while the observation group was treated with nifuratel suppository,then the treatment effect was compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group(98.15%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.04%,P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(5.56%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.52%,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis,the application of clarithromycin combined with nifuratel suppository can achieve good therapeutic effect and safe medication,and provide important reference for the clinical application of this kind of drugs.
