产科干预新模式对孕期并发症及分娩结局的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of New Mode of Obstetric Intervention on PregnancyComplications and Delivery Outcomes

目的:分析产科护理新模式对孕期并发症及分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年10月100例医院产科行常规产前检查的孕妇作为观察对象,根据护理方法的不同分为观察组(采取新型产科护理)和对照组(采取常规护理)各50例,比较两组孕妇孕期并发症以及分娩结局的差异。结果:观察组孕妇孕期并发症发生率以及不良分娩结局发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型产科护理的应用有助于降低孕妇孕期并发症发生率,从而减少不良分娩结局的出现,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the new mode of obstetric care on pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes.Methods:100 cases of pregnant women who received routine prenatal examination in obstetrics department of hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as observation objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(50 cases were given new obstetrics care)and control group(50 cases were given routine care).The difference in pregnancy complications and delivery outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications during pregnancy and adverse delivery outcomes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of new obstetric care is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse childbirth outcomes,which is worthy of popularization and application.
