中西医结合在卒中后抑郁患者治疗中的应用价值探讨

The Application Value of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression Patients

目的:探讨针对脑卒中后抑郁患者采取中西医结合的治疗效果。方法:选取某院2017年4月~2018年4月期间收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者共计100例,根据数字表随机选取的方式划分观察组与对照组,对照组患者采取单纯西医治疗,观察组患者采取中西医结合的治疗模式,分别对两组患者的治疗有效性以及治疗前后的ADL、SDS评分结果进行对比。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患者在治疗有效性方面优于对照组患者(P<0.05);在治疗后的ADL、SDS评分方面,同样存在观察组优于对照组的情况(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的治疗方法能够很好针对脑卒中后抑郁患者,可以有效提升治疗效率并促进护患关系,具有临床应用的价值。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:A total of 100 patients with post-stroke depression who were admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine alone.The patients in the observation group were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and the effectiveness of the two groups of patients and the results of ADL and SDS before and after treatment were compared.Results:By comparison,the observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment effectiveness(P<0.05).In the ADL and SDS scores after treatment,the observation group was also superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can be used to treat patients with post-stroke depression.It can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and promote the relationship between nurses and patients,and has clinical application value.
