预见性干预在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘干预中的应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨预见性干预在氧驱雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘护理中的应用。方法:选取2016年5月~2017年5月某院收治的120例支气管哮喘患儿,随机数字法分为对照组和研究组各60例,对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用预见性干预,观察分析两组患儿的护理优良率、治疗依从性、家长满意度及生活质量情况。结果:研究组护理优良率、治疗依从性及家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在氧驱雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘患儿中实施预见性干预效果显著,可以有效提高患儿治疗依从性,提升护理效果,改善生活质量。 Objective:To explore the application of predictive intervention in the nursing of children with bronchial asthma with oxygen driven aerosol inhalation.Methods:120 children with bronchial asthma admitted to a hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60)by random number method.Routine nursing intervention was applied to the control group,while predictive intervention was applied to the study group.The excellent and good nursing rate,treatment compliance,parent satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups of children were observed and analyzed.Results:The rate of excellent and good nursing,treatment compliance and parent satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predictive effect of oxygen driven aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma is significant,which can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children,improve the nursing effect,and improve the quality of life.
