摘要
目的:探究分析中医正骨手法在胫腓骨骨折闭合复位微创内固定中的运用效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月某院收治的92例胫腓骨干骨折患者,按照计算机随机分组法将患者分为观察组和对照组,均进行闭合复位微创胫骨带锁髓内钉内固定手术,观察组联合应用中医正骨手法,比较两组效果。结果:观察组46例的骨折治疗有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组46例的骨折疼痛缓解时间、肿胀缓解时间及骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在成人胫腓骨干骨折中闭合复位微创胫骨带锁髓内钉内固定中应用中医正骨手法,可有效提高患者的骨折治疗效率,可加速患者症状的缓解,缩短患者的骨折愈合时间。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese bone-setting technique in the closed reduction and minimally invasive internal fixation of intramedullary nail of tibiofibular fractures.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 92 patients with tibia and fibula fractures treated in a hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the computer random grouping method.All patients underwent closed reduction and minimally invasive internal fixation of intramedullary nail,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese bone-setting technique,then the effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of fracture treatment of 46 patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time,swelling relief time and fracture healing time of 46 patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting surgery in the closed reduction and minimally invasive internal fixationof intramedullary nail of tibiofibular fractures can effectively improve the efficiency of fracture treatment,accelerate the relief of symptoms,and shorten the fracture healing time.
