心理干预与健康管理在高血压患者干预中的应用

The Application of Psychological Intervention and Health Management in the Intervention of Hypertensive Patients

目的:探讨心理干预与健康管理在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年7月某院收治108例老年高血压患者,基于双色球法分组,分别给予一般护理(对照组)、心理干预与健康管理(研究组),对比两组效果。结果:干预前,研究组血压与对照组比较,无差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05)。研究组干预后的治疗依从性与满意率比较,优于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压采用心理干预与健康管理,可辅助临床更好的控制血压水平,提升治疗依从性及护理满意率。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention and health management in the nursing of patients with hypertension.Methods:108 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to a hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 were divided into two groups based on the double chromosphere method and given general nursing(control group),psychological intervention and health management(study group),then the effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no difference in blood pressure between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and satisfaction rate of the study group after intervention were better than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention and health management in elderly hypertension can help control blood pressure level in clinic and improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate.
