This paper analyzes the application fields,market demand,industry status,new product and new technology research and development progress of plastic antioxidants in China,forecasts the market demand of plastic antioxidants,and discusses the current situation and development trend of China’s antioxidant industry,as well as the research and development of new products and new technologies.It is predicted that the market demand of plastic antioxidant will be 182500 tons in China in 2020,and will grow up to 264800 tons in 2025.At present,it is basically in a state of supply and demand balance,but the competition risk in the industry will further increase in the future.In terms of new products,new technologies and new applications,fruitful results have been achieved.In terms of new antioxidants,the main directions are migration resistant antioxidants and high molecular weight bio-based antioxidants.In terms of new technologies and new applications,the research and development of special formula for specific products and specific needs of customers is mainly carried out,and customized composite products or functional masterbatch are provided.And some suggestions are presented for the green and healthy development of the industry.
