摘要
以1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮、2,6-二甲基-4-叔丁基-3-羟基苄基甲基醚为原料,在溶剂和催化剂的作用下合成了1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮。考察了反应时间、温度、溶剂及催化剂种类及用量、原料配比等对产品收率的影响。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:以对甲基苯磺酸催化剂,正庚烷为溶剂,n(1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮)∶n(2,6-二甲基-4-叔丁基-3-羟基苄基甲基醚)∶n(正庚烷)∶n(对甲基苯磺酸)=1∶3.3∶0.45∶0.058,反应温度110℃,反应时间9 h,此条件下产品收率达91.93%。
1,3,5-tris(4-t-butyl-3-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylbenzy1)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-rione was synthesized from trihydroxy-1,3,5-triazine and 2,6-dimmethyl-4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxylbenzylmethylether as a solvent and a catalyst respectively.The effects of the reaction time,temperature,the solvent and catalyst amounts and the molar ratio of trihydroxy-1,3,5-triazine to 2,6-dimmethyl-4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxylbenzylmethylether to n-heptane were studied.The results showed that under the optimized reaction conditions,manganese dioxide was used as a catalysts,n-heptane was used as a solvent,n(trihydroxy-1,3,5-triazine)∶n(2,6-dimmethyl-4-tertbutyl-3-hydroxylbenzylmethylether)∶n(n-heptane)∶n(p-toluenesulfonic acid)=1∶3.3∶0.45∶0.058,reaction temperature was 110℃and reaction time was 9 h,the yield of product reached 91.93%.
