摘要
为了解决传统冷压烧结工艺损害碳纤维结构的问题,提出了高温冲压烧结工艺,通过该工艺对碳纤维/钛粉混合物实施高温加压烧结处理,获得碳纤维/钛基复合材料,深入分析不同烧结工艺下两种碳纤维/钛基复合材料的密度和断口形貌差异。经对比分析发现,高温冲压烧结工艺下的碳纤维/钛基复合材料密度更大,碳纤维与钛粉之间的结合更加充分。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional cold pressing sintering process damages the structure of carbon fiber,a high-temperature stamping sintering process was proposed.Carbon fiber/titanium matrix composites were obtained by high-temperature pressing sintering of carbon fiber/titanium powder mixture.The differences of density and fracture morphology of two kinds of carbon fiber/titanium matrix composites under different sintering processes were analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the density of carbon fiber/titanium matrix composites is higher and the bonding between carbon fiber and titanium powder is more sufficient.
