摘要
为了制备出物理性能更加优越的硬质发泡材料,合理应用环氧树脂材料,设计了辐射交联硬质环氧树脂/PVC发泡材料的制备工艺,并对所制备出的环氧树脂/PVC发泡材料实施扫描电镜测试和力学性能测试,发现采用环氧值为0.05的环氧树脂制备出来的发泡材料泡孔结构较为规整且在物理性能方面较为符合小型体育器材的制造需求。
In order to prepare rigid foamed materials with better physical properties and apply epoxy resin reasonably,the preparation process of radiation crosslinked rigid epoxy resin/PVC foamed materials was designed,and the prepared epoxy resin/PVC foamed materials were tested by scanning electron microscope and mechanical properties.It was found that the foamed materials prepared by epoxy resin with a epoxy value of 0.05 were the best and the pore structure is more regular,and the physical properties are more in line with the manufacturing needs of small-scale sports equipments.
