摘要
化工生产中,塔顶冷凝器形式的选择必须有利不凝气体排出和被冷凝物质下料温度的控制。通过对四种常用塔顶冷凝器形式和其安装方式分析和比较,可以明确:板式换热器无法适用于塔顶,无法自然排除不凝气体和造成被冷凝液体过度冷却是其致命弱点;无特殊情况下,应优先考虑固定管板列管式冷凝器的卧式安装方式。
In chemical production,the selection of condenser form on the top of a distillation tower must be beneficial to the control of discharge of non condensable gas and discharge temperature of condensed material.Through the analysis and comparison of four common overhead condenser forms and their installation methods,the following results were obtained.A plate heat exchanger can not be applied to the top of the tower because of the excessive cooling of the condensed liquid as its fatal weakness resulted from non condensable gas unable to be removed naturally.In case of no special circumstances,the horizontal installation mode of a fixed tube sheet tubular condenser should be given priority.
