Research Progress on Ginsenosides Involved in Regulating Energy Metabolism Disorder

人参(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)作为传统的名贵药材一直是研究的热点。它具有广泛的生物活性与药理作用,也被尝试应用于临床各类疾病的治疗当中,如在心血管、肾脏、肿瘤免疫等方面都发挥着显著的作用。因其高效性和低不良反应的特点,也逐渐有成为临床常规用药的趋势。因此,关于人参及其能量代谢的研究十分重要,主要围绕人参皂苷参与和调节心、肾、肝、大脑等组织脏器能量代谢紊乱的相关文献进行总结综述。

Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),as a rare traditional medicinal herb,is always a research hotspot.It has a wide range of biological activities and pharmacological effects,and has been applied to the clinical treatment of various diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases,kidney diseases,tumor immunity and other aspects and plays a significant role.Because of its high efficiency and few side effects,Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)has gradually become the clinical routine medication.Therefore,studies on Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)and its energy metabolism are very important.This paper mainly summarized and reviewed relevant literature on the involvement and regulation of Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)in energy metabolism disorders of heart,kidney,liver,brain and other organs.
