Problems Related to Anti-Helicobacter Pylori and Potential Solution with Chinese Medicine

幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)是引起胃炎、消化性溃疡等临床消化科常见病的重要致病因子,已被世界卫生组织认定为I类致癌原。临床抗Hp使用的抗生素与质子泵抑制剂等面临诸多问题。口腔Hp感染与胃内Hp感染密切相关。口腔内的Hp已成为胃内Hp根治后复发的一个重要储存器与传染源。基于整合医学理念,临床可在中医辨证论治基础上,结合中药抗Hp,使用中药含漱剂参与口腔洁治等方法,以促进Hp根治。全民宣教,改变餐桌陋习、维护口腔卫生,对切断Hp传播途径、Hp根治同样具有重要意义。

Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is an important pathogenic factor causing gastritis,peptic ulcer and other common diseases in clinical digestive system,and it also has been recognized as a class I carcinogen by the World Health Organization.There are many problems in using antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors against Hp in the treatment of Hp-related digestive tract diseases.Hp is found not only in stomach and duodenum,but also in oral cavity.Oral Hp infection is closely related to intragastric Hp infection.This makes intraoral Hp an important reservoir and source of infection for recurrence of intragastric Hp after eradication.Based on the idea of Holistic Integrative Medicine,adhering to syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with anti-Hp of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine gargle participating in oral cleaning will promote the radical cure of Hp.It is also of great significance to cut off the route of Hp transmission and eradicate Hp through educating people nationwide,changing the bad habits of dining table and maintaining oral hygiene.
