基于聚类分析的温郁金一株三药HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立温郁金一株三药的HPLC指纹图谱,并结合聚类分析来评价区分温郁金不同部位药材质量,为科学评价与合理利用温郁金资源提供可靠的依据。方法采用HPLC法构建温郁金一株三药的指纹图谱,同时应用聚类分析对实验数据进行处理,以找出3种不同部位温郁金药材的相似性和差异性。色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长为206 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,进样量10μL,流动相为乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱。结果筛选出片姜黄、温莪术、温郁金保留时间稳定的共有峰有7个。结论HPLC指纹图谱结合聚类分析可以从内在成分上快速、客观地区分温郁金一株三药的差异,将其分为三类。 Objective The HPLC fingerprint of three drugs from one strain of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling)was established,and combined with cluster analysis to evaluate the quality of different parts of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling)to provide a reliable basis for scientific evaluation and rational use of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling).Methods The HPLC method was used to construct the fingerprint of three drugs from one strain of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling)and the experimental data was processed by cluster analysis to find out the similarity and difference of three different parts of Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling).The column was Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with a detection wavelength of 206 nm,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,a column temperature of 25℃,a sample injection volume of 10μL,and a mobile phase gradient elution with acetonitrile-water.Results There were 7 common peaks for the retention of Pianjianghuang(Curcumae Wenyujin Rhizoma),Wen’ezhu(Curcumae Rhizoma)and Wenyujin(Curcumae Radix).Conclusion HPLC fingerprint combined with cluster analysis can quickly and objectively distinguish the difference between the three drugs from Wenyujin(Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling)from the internal components,and divide them into three categories.
