档案馆公共影响力评价指标体系构建

Research on the Construction of an Index System for Evaluating the Public Influence of Archives

从宏观角度出发对档案馆公共影响力评价指标体系进行探索性构建。采用文献调研法、专家咨询法和问卷调查法,提出档案馆公共影响力评价假设模型,之后进行第一次修正和整合。基于初步修正结果,运用统计分析软件对假设评价指标模型进行定量分析和检验,得到二次修正后的指标模型,在此基础上构建出档案馆公共影响力评价指标体系。该指标体系基本实现了对档案馆公共影响力的多层面全过程评价,对档案馆公共影响力研究和实践,以及提升档案馆治理与公共服务能力具有推动意义。

This paper makes an exploratory attempt on the evaluation index system of public influence of archives from a macroscopic perspective.The hypothesis model of public influence evaluation of archives was put forward by using literature research method,expert consultation method and questionnaire survey method,and then it was revised and integrated for the first time.Based on preliminary results,the research group use statistical analysis software to test and quantitatively analysis the hypothesis and evaluation model,then the revised secondary index model was got.On the basis of revised index model,research group build the evaluation index system of public influence o£archives.This index system basically realizes the multi-level whole-process evaluation of the public influence of archives,and is of great significance for the research and practice of archives'public influence and the improvement of archives'governance and public service capacity.
