摘要
针对目前煤矿井下数据采集系统布线繁琐、能耗较大、整体可靠性不高等问题,设计了一种应用于煤矿井下的本安型低功耗数据采集系统;系统主要由协调器和终端设备组成,并基于XBee3模块组建了簇状拓扑结构的无线传感器网络,其中终端设备采用XBee3模块作为主控单元,可对煤矿井下各类传感器数据进行采集和传输,协调器可以完成对数据的实时分析、存储、上传和显示等功能。试验结果表明:系统能够准确采集煤矿井下布置的传感器数据,具有传输距离远、功耗低、时延短等特点。
Aiming at problems of complicated wiring, large energy consumption, low overall reliability of the current underground coal mining data acquisition system, an intrinsically safe low power consumption data acquisition system was designed. The system is mainly composed of coordinator and terminal equipment. Based on the XBee3 module, a wireless sensor network with a cluster topology is established. The terminal equipment uses the XBee3 module as the main control unit. The coordinator can perform some functions such as real-time analysis, storage, upload and display of data. The experimental results show that the system can accurately collect the sensor data of underground coal mines. It has the characteristics of long transmission distance, low power consumption, short delay.
