摘要 以瓦斯抽放系统为平台,工业指针仪表为设计对象,设计了一种采用摄像头获取仪表图像,通过图像识别得到仪表读数并本地显示和具备CAN总线传输的工业仪表自动识别装置,解决了瓦斯抽放现场中大量工业仪表需要人工巡检、不具备数据通信能力、无法与现有瓦斯抽放系统通信等问题,达到了加快智慧矿山建设的目的。 Taking the gas drainage system as the platform and the industrial pointer instrument as the design object, this paper proposes and designs an automatic identification device for industrial instruments, which uses the camera to obtain the instrument image, obtains the instrument reading and local display through image recognition technology, and has CAN bus transmission. It solves the problems that a large number of industrial instruments in the gas drainage field need manual inspection, and do not have the data communication ability, and cannot communicate with the existing gas drainage system, and the purpose of accelerating the construction of intelligent mine has been achieved.
