井下区域异地控制的设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 针对煤矿井下区域内所有测点与区域控制设备之间实现异地控制逻辑难,或控制执行不及时等缺点,提出了基于与地面中心站全网络通信的区域控制设备的系统平台,实现可任意配置异地控制逻辑的设计方案;设计方案是由传输控制协议作为控制逻辑条件和控制执行命令的通信,将由地面中心站异地控制功能块进行配置下发,区域控制设备存储异地控制逻辑序列,通过用户数据报协议广播测点数据控制状态,区域控制设备完成异地控制执行命令下发执行器;同时,设计方案异地控制逻辑判断不在依赖于地面中心站,将独立于煤矿井下区域控制设备进行预设逻辑判断,并发起执行命令。 In view of the difficulty of realizing remote control logic and the shortcomings of untimely control execution between all measuring points in the underground coal mine area and the regional control equipment, the system platform of the regional control equipment based on the whole network communication with the ground center station is proposed to realize the design scheme of the remote control logic which can be arbitrarily configured. The design scheme uses the transmission control protocol as the communication of control logic conditions and control execution commands, which will be configured and issued by the remote control function block of the ground center station, and the regional control equipment stores the remote control logic sequence,through the user data protocol to broadcast the measurement point data control status, the regional control equipment completes remote control and executes the command to issue the actuator. At the same time, the remote control logic judgment of the design plan no longer depends on the ground central station, and will be independent of the underground coal mine area control equipment to make preset logic judgments and initiate execution orders.
