无缝隙对接护理提升急性消化内镜护理效率观察

Observation of Seamless Butt Joint Nursing to Improve Nursing Efficiency of Acute Digestive Endoscopy

目的分析无缝隙对接护理提升急性消化内镜的临床效果。方法将我院行消化内镜治疗的502例患者分为参照组和观察组,每组251例,分别予以常规护理与无缝隙对接护理进行干预,比较两组护理前后的SAS评分与SDS评分,对比两组的诊疗时间、住院时间、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组的SAS评分与SDS评分对比无统计学价值(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS评分与SDS评分均低于参照组,观察组的诊疗时间以及住院时间均短于参照组,且观察组的护理满意度评分明显高于参照组,有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论使用无缝隙对接护理方式对急性消化内镜患者进行干预,效果显著,可有效缓解患者的负面情绪,缩短其诊疗时间以及住院时间,适合推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of seamless docking nursing to improve acute digestive endoscopy.Methods Divided 502 patients treated with digestive endoscopy in our hospital into the reference group and the observation group,each with 251 patients,treated with routine care and seamless docking care respectively.The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Compare the treatment time,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,and complications of the two groups.Results Before nursing,the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the treatment time and hospital stay of the observation group were both shorter than the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the reference group,which has statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of seamless docking nursing to intervene patients with acute digestive endoscopy has a significant effect.It can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,shorten their diagnosis and treatment time and hospital stay,and is suitable for promotion.
