基于网络平台管理的个体化运动处方对于2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响分析

Analyze the Impact of Individualized Exercise Prescriptions Based on Network Platform Management on Blood Glucose in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究基于网络平台管理的个体化运动处方对于2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法将近期我院收治的2型糖尿病患者根据随机化原则分为对照组(实施常规运动处方与健康宣教)与干预组(实施个体化运动处方与网络平台管理),对比6个月后不同干预管理方法对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的有效性。结果干预组患者干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白HbA1c均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施个体化运动处方并结合网络平台管理,能够有效改善患者的血糖水平,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the impact of individualized exercise prescriptions based on network platform management on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes recently admitted to our hospital were divided into the control group(implementing regular exercise prescription and health education)and the intervention group(implementing individualized exercise prescription and online platform management),which was according to the principle of randomization,then compared the differences after 6 months.The effectiveness of intervention management methods for blood glucose,control in patients with type 2 diabetes.Results The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c of the intervention group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,which with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individualized exercise prescriptions for patients with type 2 diabetes combined with online platform management can effectively improve the patients'blood glucose levels and is worthy of promotion.
