摘要
利用3D打印制备异形石膏构件已成为国内外研究的热点。本文主要介绍3D粉末打印(3DP)和三维自动注浆成型(3DR)两种3D打印技术在石膏基材料中的应用与优势,重点综述了国内外关于3DR石膏基材料组成设计、材料制备以及性能表征等方面的研究进展。
It has become one focus of research to prepare complex gypsum components via 3D printing technology.This paper mainly introduces two commonly used 3D printing technologies,3D powder printing(3DP)and 3D robocasting(3DR),and their respective application advantages in gypsum-based materials(GM).In addition,the research progress of mix design,preparation,and characterization of GM used for 3DR is also reviewed.
