摘要
3D混凝土打印技术是一项正在发展的新型建造技术。打印混凝土的挤出性能作为该技术的关键因素之一,受打印头泵机的挤料速度及材料工作性等参数的影响。本文探讨了不同水胶比的打印混凝土对单位时间挤出量以及挤出线条形状和抗压强度的影响。结果显示,水胶比影响打印混凝土抗压强度各向异性的差异。随着水胶比增加及打印头泵机转速加快,单位时间内的材料挤出量和挤出线条宽度增加。
3D concrete printing technology is a novel developing construction technology.The extrusion property of printable concrete as one of the critical factors impacting on the technology is influenced by the extrusion speed of the auger pump on the printer header and the workability of fresh concrete.This paper investigates the effect of printable concrete with three water-to-binder ratios on the extrusion mass of unit time,the shape of printed filaments and the compression strength of printed concrete.The results show that the water-to-binder ratio affects the compressive strength loss on different directions.By increasing the water-to-binder ratio and accelerating the rotation speed of the auger pump,the extruded mass of unit time grows following the increase of filament width.
