基于组合赋权和模糊综合分析的承压设备安全状况评价方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 承压设备广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、冶金等行业,直接关系到生产安全和社会稳定,其安全问题日益被关注。本文首先建立了承压设备安全状况评价指标体系。其次,运用基于改进层次分析法和熵权法的组合赋权法对某企业裂解汽油加氢装置中的55台压力容器进行指标权重计算。最后用模糊综合分析法对装置中各承压设备进行评判,得出设备的综合评分,并根据评价集得出安全状况等级。结果与风险分析对比后表明,本文建议的方法能较准确的识别装置中各设备的安全等级。 Pressure equipment is widely used in petroleum,chemical,electric power,metallurgy and other industries,which is directly related to production safety and social stability.Its safety issues are increasingly concerned.In this paper,the safety condition evaluation index system of pressure equipment is established.Secondly,the combined weighting method based on the improved AHP and entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight of 55 pressure vessels in the cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to evaluate the pressure equipment in the unit to obtain the comprehensive score of the equipment,and the safety status level is obtained according to the comment set.Results compared with the risk analysis,the proposed method can accurately identify the safety level of each equipment in the device.
