特种设备安全网格化监管在基层的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Special Equipment Safety Grid Supervision at Grassroots Level

本文通过总结胶州市以网格化为基础、专业化为支持、标准化为目标进行特种设备综合治理的经验,分析特种设备安全监管现状及存在问题,提出解决方案,从网格设置、普查整治、日常监管、人员培训教育等方面提出标准化的监管模式,对提高特种设备安全监管水平,提升使用单位安全管理水平,预防和减少特种设备安全事故发生具有较好的参考作用。

This paper summarizes the experience of the comprehensive management of special equipment based on gridding,supported by specialization and standardized as the goal in Jiaozhou.lt analyzes the current situation and existing problems of special equipment safety supervision,put forward the solution,from grid setting,general survey and renovation,daily supervision,personnel training and education and other aspects of standardized supervision model.lt has a good reference function for improving the safety supervision level of special equipment,improving the safety management level of the use unit,and preventing and reducing the occurrence of safety accidents of special equipment.
