摘要
探讨了利用熔片法制样X-射线焚光光谱法测定中包渣中铬成分的分析方法。着重对没有标准样品和样品前处理方法、制样条件、仪器参数、曲线拟合等方面进行研究,通过优化最终确定了最佳条件。本方法测定样品的准确度为0.0084%,精密度为1.75%,与ICP-AES法比较,操作简单、易于操作、成本低、减少废液排放,满足生产需求,结果吻合性较好。
In this paper,the method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of chromium in tundish slag was discussed.This paper focuses on the lack of standard samples and sample pretreatment methods,sample preparation conditions,instrument parameters,curve fitting and other aspects,and finally determines the best conditions through optimization.The accuracy and precision of this method are 0.0084%and 1.75%,respectively.Compared with ICP-AES method,this method is simple,easy to operate,low cost,less waste liquid discharge,and meets the production demand.
