摘要
本文采用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定铁精粉、烧结矿、球团矿试样中的钾、钠、锌等含量,通过囯家标样建立标准曲线,确定了试样的制备条件,用粉末压片法制样。该方法通过与经典化学分析对比,此方法方便、快捷、灵敏、准确度高、重复性好,很好地满足生产检测需求。
The contents of potassium,sodium and zinc in iron concentrate,agglomerate and pellet samples are determined by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in this study.The standard curves are established based on the national standard samples,and the preparation conditions of samples are confirmed.In this study,the samples are made into pressed-powder pellets for elemental determination,and this method is convenient,fast,sensitive,accurate and repeatable compared with the classical chemical analysis,which can well meet the production and detection requirements.
