镀锡板拉伸性能测试结果影响因素研究

摘要 通过拉伸试验,可以获得镀踢板在强度和塑形等方面的力学性能信息,通过性能指标可以评估钢板的成形性能。我国的制罐工业发展迅速,因此对镀領板的成形性能研究显得越来越重要,低的屈强比成形性越好,所以拉伸性能测试准确性尤为重要。本文主要通过试样方向、平行长度、烘烤温度、烘烤时间四个方面拉伸性能屈服强度比较测定影响镀踢板拉伸试验结果的因素,并通过扫描电镜组织分析,硬度结果分析确定性能差异原因。从而确定试验员在工作中的注意事项,通过对比发现试样方向、烘烤温度烘烤时间对镀楊板拉伸性能均有影响。 The mechanical properties of tinplate in strength and shaping can be obtained by tensile test,and the formability of tinplate can be evaluated by performance index.With the rapid development of China's can making industry,it is more and more important to study the formability of tinplate.The formability of tinplate with low bending ratio is better,so the accuracy of tensile property test is particularly important.In this paper,the factors affecting the tensile test results of tinplate were determined by comparing the tensile properties and yield strength in four aspects of sample direction,parallel length,baking temperature and baking time.The reasons for the differences in properties were determined by SEM microstructure analysis and hardness analysis.Through comparison,it is found that the sample direction,baking temperature and baking time have influence on the tensile properties of tinplate.
