摘要
二氧化钒(VO_(2))是一种具有半导体-金属相变特性的金属氧化物,在68℃条件下,具有红外光透过率/反射率等的突变性能。采用钨、氟等元素进行单元素、多元素掺杂,可有效降低VO_(2)(M)相变温度,进而开发出具有室温相变特性的VO_(2)(M),大幅提高其在智能窗领域的应用价值。综述了以五氧化二钒(V_(2)O_(5))为钒源,VO_(2)(M)和掺杂VO_(2)(M)粉体合成研究进展,比较不同合成方法的优缺点,分析其在智能有机玻璃中应用的可行性与前景。
Vanadium dioxide(VO_(2))has the semiconductor-metal phase transition characteristics.It has the mutation property of infrared light transmittance/reflectivity at 68℃.Using tungsten,fluorine and other elements for single element or multi-element doping can effectively reduce the phase transition temperature of VO_(2)(M),and VO_(2)(M)with room temperature phase transition feature can be developed,which can greatly broaden its application in the intelligent windows.The progress in synthesis of VO_(2)(M)and doped VO_(2)(M)powders from vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_(5))was reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of different synthesis methods were compared,and the feasibility and prospect of their application in smart plexiglass were analyzed.
