摘要
攀钢兴茂公司采用两段强磁选和浮选精选的流程,从攀钢密地选钛厂排往尾矿库的尾矿中再回收钛铁矿,针对其选钛流程中二段强磁选TiO_(2)作业回收率偏低的问题,研制了新型SLon-2500TP立环脉动高梯度磁选机。该机用于二段强磁选运行7个多月选钛平均指标为:给矿TiO_(2)品位13.19%,精矿TiO_(2)品位17.71%,尾矿TiO_(2)品位5.34%,TiO_(2)作业回收率85.21%。与并列的Φ2500立环强磁选机前期一年多的选钛平均指标比较,TiO_(2)作业回收率提高15个百分点左右,与同期平行取样的平均选钛指标比较,TiO_(2)作业回收率提高26.82个百分点。该机在工业上的成功应用,为提高选钛技术水平做出了积极的贡献。
Pangang Xingmao Company scavenges ilmenite from the discharging tails of Pangang Midi ilmenite concentrator.The flowsheet consists of two stages of high-intensity magnetic separation and flotation concentration.In order to solve the problem of lower TiO_(2) recovery in the second stage of highintensity magnetic separation,a new type of SLon-2500 TP vertical ring and pulsating high-gradient magnetic separator was developed.The average results of its 7 months operation are as follows:feed grade 13.19%TiO_(2),concentrate grade 17.71%TiO_(2),tails grade 5.34%TiO_(2),and TiO_(2) recovery 85.21%.Compared with the average results of previous(more than one year)parallelΦ2500 vertical ring highintensity magnetic separator,the TiO_(2) recovery is increased by about 15%.Compared with the parallel average results of the same time,the TiO_(2) recovery is increased by 26.82%.Its successful commercial application will advance the development of ilmenite beneficiation technology.
