摘要
介绍了生物质燃料及生物质循环流化床锅炉特点,以及生物质燃烧过程中NOX生成机理。综述了当前国内应用较广的生物质脱硝技术,结合生物质循环流化床锅炉及烟气特性,提出低氮燃烧+SNCR脱硝工艺、SNCR+低尘布置SCR工艺较为适合生物质循环流化床锅炉NOX减排。
This paper introduces the characteristics of biomass fuel and biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler,and the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides in the process of biomass combustion;summarized the current biomass denitrification technologies that widely used in China.Combined with the characteristics of biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler and flue gas,it is considered that“low nitrogen combustion+SNCR denitrification process”and“SNCR+low dust layout SCR”process are more suitable for NOx emission reduction of biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler.
