ICP-MS法测定土壤中5种痕量重金属元素实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用石墨消解仪对土壤进行前处理,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定土壤中银、铋、钼、锑、铊5种痕量重金属元素含量的方法。该方法标准曲线相关系数均在0.9990以上,测定国家标准物质土壤样品,测定值高于检出限的4倍时与保证值一致,相对标准偏差为1.4%~6.3%,检出限为0.02~0.30 mg/kg,加标回收率为91%~96%。 By pretreatment of soil with graphite digestion-meter,an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method was established for simultaneous determination of five trace heavy metals in soil,including silver,bismuth,molybdenum,antimony and thallium.The correlation coefficients of the method were all above 0.9990,the soil samples of national standard substance were determined,while the measured value was higher than 4 times of the detection limit,it is consistent with the guaranteed value,the relative standard deviation was 1.4%-6.3%,the detection limit was 0.02-0.30 mg/kg,and the standard recovery was 91%-96%.
