摘要
采用Global-Malmquist-Luenberger指数的DEA方法测算2003—2016年中国204个城市的环境效率,分析其空间差异和时间演变特点,实证检验各种影响因素。结果表明,14年间中国城市环境效率显著提升;四大经济区域环境效率平均水平由高到低为东部>东北>西部>中部;在十大城市群中,环境效率平均水平最高的3个城市群为山东半岛、珠三角、川渝城市群;局部空间相关性较弱;在影响因素方面,存在城市环境效率的环境库兹涅茨现象,产业结构、人口规模的影响受限于城市所处的工业阶段与发展水平。
By using the DEA method of Global-Malmquist-Luenberger index to measure the environmental efficiency of 204 cities in China from 2003 to 2016,analyzes their spatial and temporal variations,and tests various influencing factors.The following conclusions are drawn:urban environmental efficiency in China has improved significantly in the past 14 years;The average level ranking of environmental efficiency among four large economic regions from high to low is s Eastern>Northeast>Western>central.Among the ten urban agglomerations,the three urban agglomerations with the highest average level of environmental efficiency are Shandong Peninsula,Pearl River Delta,Sichuan-Chongqing urban agglomeration.The local spatial correlation is weak.In terms of influencing factors,there is environmental Kuznets phenomenon of urban environmental efficiency,and the influence of industrial structure and population size is limited by the industrial stage and development level of cities.
