摘要
通过小试絮凝研究,确定了碳纳米管与丁苯胶乳絮凝的工艺条件及组份用量;并对中试放大絮凝试样与共混试样性能进行了对比,结果表明,絮凝有效解决了碳纳米管在橡胶中分散不均匀问题,与机械共混胶相比,共絮凝丁苯橡胶/碳纳米管复合材料硫化后的拉伸性能、抗撕裂性能、耐磨性能、导热导电性能都有显著的提高;加工性能大幅改善;且密炼出的胶料塑化均匀,表面更加光滑;与纯丁苯橡胶相比,絮凝复合物具有焦烧时间缩短、正硫化时间缩短的特性,可提高丁苯橡胶的硫化速率,缩短硫化周期。
The flocculation condition and component dosage of carbon nanotube and styrene butadiene latex was determined by laboratory research,and the performance of the pilot scale flocculation sample was compared with that of the blend sample.The results showed that flocculation could effectively solve the uneven dispersion problem of the carbon nanotubes in rubber.Comparing with the rubber by mechanical blend method,performances of the co-flocculating composite of styrene butadiene rubber and carbon nanotubes after vulcanization were obviously improved,such as tensile property,tear resistance,wear resistance,heat and electric conduction,processability.The rubber was plastified uniformly after mixing,and the surface was smoother.Comparing with the pure styrene butadiene rubber,the co-flocculating composite possessed the characteristics of shorter burning time and positive curing time,which raised vulcanization rate and shorten curing cycle of the styrene butadiene rubber.
