摘要
分析热耦合技术在丁烯-1装置的应用情况。通过该技术应用前后的数据对比分析,可以看出,节约的蒸汽用量为46%,超过设计值;节约的循环水用量为5.2%,具有较高的节能效应。实现了降低运行费用,节约生产成本的目标。
Application of the thermal coupling technology in butane-1 unit was analyzed.Based on analysis of the real-time data before and after the technology application,steam dosage was saved by 46%,which was more than the design value.Good practical effect in the actual production was achieved.At the same time,the circulating water dosage was saved by 5.2%,the high energy saving effect was reached.The goal of reduction of the operation cost and production cost was realized.
