吹扫捕集/气相色谱法测定水质乙腈的多实验室验证

MULTI LABORATORY VERIFICATION OF PURGE AND TRAP/GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY FOR DETERMINATION OF ACETONITRILE IN WATER

对方法《水质乙腈的测定吹扫捕集/气相色谱法》(HJ 788-2016)在6家实验室进行多实验室验证研究,各实验室按照HJ 168-2020的要求作了工作曲线、检出限、测定下限、精密度及准确度等数据。对所有数据统计后,计算出实验室间相对标准偏差、重复性限、再现性限、加标回收率最终值等数据。与方法中的要求对比,证实该方法的多实验室验证结果符合方法要求,达到预期目标。

Laboratory validation study on the method of Water Quality Determination of Acetonitrile Purge and Trap/Gas Chromatography(HJ 788-2016)was made in six laboratories.According to requirements of HJ 168-2020,the data including work curve,detection limit,the lowest detection value,precision and accuracy was tested in each laboratory.Basing on the statistical data,the relative standard deviation,repeatability limit,reproducibility limit and the final value of recovery rate were calculated.Compared with the method requirements,it was confirmed that the multi laboratory verification results met requirements of the method and the expected goal was reached.
