如何建设两岸命运共同体是推进两岸关系和平发展与祖国统一进程必须要研究与回答的重要命题。现阶段,所谓的“台湾命运共同体”与大陆倡导的两岸命运共同体的对立态势已越来越明显。在“台湾命运共同体”与两岸命运共同体等相关问题的讨论中,我们应该将李登辉、陈水扁、蔡英文等“台独”执政者所追求的“命运共同体”,与台湾普通民众心中的朴素的“命运共同体”区分开来,大力推动“国家统一”与“民族复兴”两岸共同价值建构、强化两岸命运共同体的中华文化底色、积极打造携手建设两岸命运共同体的两岸新共识,并以台商、台生与陆配、陆生为建设两岸命运共同体的基本元素,努力实现“台湾命运共同体”和两岸命运共同体的有效对接,从而为祖国统一奠定坚实基础。

How to build a community of common destiny on both sides of the Straits is an important proposition that must be studied and answered to promote the peaceful development of cross-strait relations and the process of reunification of the motherland.At the present stage,the opposition has become more and more obvious between the so-called“Taiwan Community of Common Destiny”and Cross-Strait Community of Common Destiny advocated by the mainland.In the discussion of“Taiwan Community of Common Destiny”and Cross-Strait Community of Common Destiny,we should distinguish the“community of destiny”pursued by Lee Teng-hui,Chen Shui-bian,Tsai Ing-wen and other“Taiwan independence”rulers from the simple“community of common destiny”in the hearts of ordinary people in Taiwan,and vigorously promote the construction of common values of“national reunification”and“national rejuvenation”.We should strengthen the Chinese cultural background of the community of common destiny on both sides of the Taiwan Straits,actively reach a new consensus on jointly building a community of common destiny on both sides of the Straits,and take Taiwan businessmen,Taiwan students and mainland Chinesse spouses in Tainwan,and mainland students in Taiwan as the basic elements of building a community of common destiny on both sides of the Straits,so as to realize the effective docking between“Taiwan Community of Common Destiny”and Cross-Strait Community of Common Destiny,and lay a solid foundation for the reunification of the motherland.
