台湾民进党当局破坏两岸融合发展批判--“法律”手段之视角

Criticism on Taiwan’s DPP Authorities’Destroying Cross-Strait Integration and Development:From the Perspective of“Legal”Means

2016年民进党再度取得台湾地区执政权后,不遗余力地破坏大陆推行的两岸融合发展政策。在“法律”层面,民进党当局通过制定和推行一系列“法律”“法规”,强化所谓的“台湾共同体”,侵蚀两岸融合发展基石;建构新的“行政法理”架构,制造两岸融合发展隔离带;阻碍两岸各层面交流交往,消弭两岸融合发展源动力。大陆应细化针对台湾民众享有国民待遇的政策措施,扩大城市合作制度化在两岸交流交往中的比重,加强两岸民间力量在专业领域的交流合作,出台推进两岸关系和平发展的专门性法律法规,为两岸融合发展提供制度保障。

The DPP has been undermining the mainland policy of cross-strait integration and development after it regained power in Taiwan in 2016.At the“law”level,the DPP authorities have strengthened the so-called“Taiwan community”by formulating and implementing a series of“laws”and“regulations”,eroding the cornerstone of cross-strait integration and development.They have constructed a new“administrative jurisprudence”framework to create a separation zone for cross-strait integration and development.They have hindered cross-strait exchanges at all levels and eliminated the driving force of cross-strait integration and development.The Mainland should refine the policies and measures for pepole in Taiwan to enjoy national treatment,expand the proportion of institutionalized urban cooperation in cross-strait exchanges,strengthen cross-strait non-governmental exchanges and cooperation in professional fields,and issue special laws and regulations to promote the peaceful development of cross-strait relations,so as to provide institutional guarantee for cross-strait integration and development.
