History shows us that the ocean is related to the rise and fall of the country and the survival of the nation.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China(CPC)takes the rejuvenation of the nation and the prosperity of the country as its main mission.Under the leadship of the CPC,Chinese had put an end to the century-old situation of having no defense against the sea,realized the strategic development goal of making China prosperous and rich through relying and opening to the ocean,and now are advancing toward building China into a maritime power.Under the leadership of the CPC,China is bound to achieve the great strategic goal of building a maritime power.
