摘要
"双高"建设是我国引领新时代高职教育实现高质量发展的重要举措,是示范、骨干和优质建设计划的延续和创新性发展。高职教育质量评价的关键点在于能否有效解决高职教育内涵发展存在的问题,能否通过高质量建设支撑和引领经济社会发展转型,能否建成一批具有国际先进水平的制度、标准和资源。实现高职教育高质量发展,迫切需要解决质量评价体系中存在的评价标准不全面,评价过程不科学,评价方法不完善,评价反馈机制不健全等问题,明确"双高"建设时期高职教育质量评价的着力点,优化高等职业教育内涵发展质量评价标准,确立定性和定量相结合的动态发展评价原则,构建以学校为核心、教育行政部门为引导、社会参与的高等职业教育质量评价体系。
As high quality and proper identification of the higher vocational education prove crucial to its development in the new era in China,the key point lies in whether it can effectively satisfy requirements for quality control and lead the transformation of economic and social development with advanced systems,standards and resources.In addition,a proper evaluation with scientific,comprehensive process and effective feedback system should be readily improved.The principle of qualitative and quantitative evaluation should be established with vocational institutions,education administrative departments and communities involved.
