摘要
以聚碳酸丙烯酯多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯分别作为软段和硬段,制备了环保型聚碳酸丙烯酯基水性聚氨酯.在该反应体系中,以2,2-二羟甲基丁酸为亲水给体,三羟甲基丙烷为交联剂,介孔MCM-41作为聚碳酸丙烯酯基水性聚氨酯的新型填料.采用动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱和耐盐雾试验研究了用聚苯胺改性介孔MCM-41制备的涂层的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明,所制备的PANI-MCM-41改善涂层在腐蚀性环境中表现出了比MCM-41更好的耐腐蚀性.PANI-MCM-41含量为1.0%的改性PPC基WPU涂层的耐腐蚀性最好,其Z模量可达1.85×10^(8)Ω·cm^(2).
Environmental poly-propylene carbonate-based waterborne polyurethane was prepared with PPC and isophorone diisocyanate as soft and hard segments respectively.2,2-dimethylolbutyric acid was used as hydrophilic donor and trimethylolpropane as crosslinking agent for reaction.Mesoporous MCM-41 was used as new fillers for PPC-based WPU.Correspondingly,corrosion performance of the coating with mesoporous MCM-41 modified by polyaniline was studied through potentiodynamic polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and salt spray tests.Results indicated that the coating with PANI-MCM-41 showed better corrosion resistance than that with MCM-41 in corrosive environment.The modified PPC-based WPU coating with PANI-MCM-41 content of 1.0%showed the best corrosion resistance with the Z modulus of 1.85×10^(8)Ω·cm^(2).
