摘要
为研究砂岩型铀矿床中细菌的种类和分布规律,确定铀矿成矿过程中的主要生物因素,利用微生物学方法对东胜砂岩型铀矿床不同亚带容矿层中的各类细菌进行富集、分离、鉴定和计数.结果表明,矿床岩石中存在硫酸盐还原菌、铁细菌、硫杆菌、硝化菌等多种细菌,其分布随取样位置的不同而存在差异,铁细菌和硫酸盐还原菌为其中的优势菌群,各亚带地质环境特征、碳含量、铀品位等是影响细菌分布的主要因素.研究结果为细菌参与铀矿的形成提供了直接证据.
Microbial method was used to enrich,separate,identify and count all bacteria in different subzone containing ore layers of Dongsheng sandstone type uranium deposits to study the species and distribution of the bacteria in sandstone type uranium deposits,and determine biological factors in the process of uranium mineralization.Results show that in the rock deposit exist the sulfate reducing,iron,sulfur,denitrifying and other bacteria,distributed irregular.Iron and sulfate reducing bacteria are of the advantage bacterium group of subzone uranium geological environmental characteristics,while carbon content and grade are main factors influencing the distribution of bacteria.
