在新时代背景下,开展高校大学生劳动素养培育工作,可以有效优化我国高校劳动教育课程体系,对于高校人才培养质量的提升也有重要意义。但部分高校还存在顶层设计不完善、劳动教育课程体系不健全以及对劳动教育的重视程度不够等问题。高校需要不断提升领导与师生对劳动教育工作的重视程度,加强劳动教育顶层设计,优化大学生劳动教育的呈现形式以及课程结构,促进学生劳动素养的提升以及全面发展。

Under the background of the new era,the work of cultivating college students'labor literacy can effectively optimize the labor education curriculum system in colleges and universities,and it is also of great significance to the improvement of the quality of college personnel training.However,some colleges and universities still have problems such as imperfect top-level design,imperfect labor education curriculum system,and insufficient attention paid to labor education.Colleges and universities need to continuously increase the importance of school leaders,teachers and students to labor education,strengthen the top-level design of labor education,optimize the presentation form and curriculum structure of labor education for college students,and promote the improvement and all-round development of students'labor literacy.
