网格化管理模式下高校公寓“家文化”构建途径研究

高校公寓不仅是大学生的“第二家庭”,更是开展思政教育工作的重要阵地,其在校园文化建设中占有重要地位。在网格化管理模式下,可充分发挥学生公寓的育人作用,凸显“家文化”的精神内涵,文章以高校公寓“家文化”建设为切入点,从高校学生公寓制度文化、物质文化、行为文化、精神文化四个层面详细探究公寓“家文化”的内涵及其育人体系构建途径,以助力高校公寓文化的建设发展,提升公寓文化的教育力,最终达到育人目的。

University apartments are not only"the second family"of college students,but also an important platform for the development of ideological and political education,which occupies an important position in the construction of campus culture.Under the grid management mode,the education effect of the student apartment can be brought into full play,highlighting the spiritual connotation of"family culture".Therefore,this article takes the construction of"home culture"in college apartments as the starting point,then explores the detail connotation of"home culture"in apartments and its ways and measures of constructing the education system from the four aspects:the regime culture,material culture,behavior culture,and spiritual culture of college student apartments,which are hoped to help the construction and development of university apartment culture,enhance the educational power of apartment culture,and ultimately achieve the goal of educating people.
