矿渣磨辊面堆焊材料的研究及应用

摘要 在立磨粉磨矿渣的工艺中,矿渣易磨性差,对磨辊磨盘的耐磨性及维护方法提出了更高要求。为了满足企业的这一要求,郑州机械研究所有限公司在原有堆焊焊丝的基础上研制出矿渣磨堆焊专用明弧焊丝ZD904-O。该焊丝通过高碳高合金的合理匹配,堆焊层金属含有大量的合金碳化物(M_3C_2、MC、M_7C_3),保证了堆焊金属具有优异的抗磨粒磨损性能和一定的抗冲击性能。同时堆焊层具有细密的"应力释放裂纹",有利于防止堆焊层的大面积掉块和剥落,适用于高温、常温受剧烈磨粒磨损及中等冲击工况条件下的设备部件,可有效解决长期困扰用户的矿渣立磨磨辊磨盘磨损快、易剥落等技术难题。 In the process of grinding mineral slag by vertical mill,the grindability of slag is poor,which puts forward higher requirements for wear resistance and maintenance method of the grinding roller disc.In order to meet this requirement of enterprises,Zhengzhou Mechanical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.developed a special open arc welding wire ZD904-O for slag grinding surfacing on the basis of the original welding wire.Through the reasonable matching of high carbon and high alloy,the hardfacing metal contains a large number of alloy carbides(M3C2,MC,M7C3),which ensures that the surfacing metal has excellent abrasive wear resistance and certain impact resistance.At the same time,the surfacing layer has fine "stress release cracks",which is beneficial to prevent large-area chipping and peeling of the surfacing layer.It is suitable for equipment parts that are subject to severe abrasive wear at high temperature and normal temperature and moderate impact conditions.It is effective solve technical problems such as fast wear and easy peeling of the slag vertical grinding roller that have long troubled users.
