津巴布韦矿业管理及投资环境分析

Mining Management and Investment Environment Analysis in Zimbabwe

津巴布韦矿产资源丰富,铂族金属、金刚石等矿产品在世界具有重要地位,矿业是其三大经济支柱之一,政府重视矿业发展和外商投资。本文在介绍津巴布韦地质矿产特征和矿产资源管理制度基础上,分析了津巴布韦的矿业投资环境。结合近年来津巴布韦主要矿业政策变动,本文认为津巴布韦地质成矿条件优越,矿产资源勘查程度总体较低、潜力巨大,具有较高的矿业投资价值,但是也不能忽视存在的风险。我国矿业企业“走出去”到津巴布韦进行矿业投资时,应当注意防范政治和社会风险,加强与当地社区的沟通联系。

Zimbabwe is rich in mineral resources,and its platinum group metals,diamond and other mineral products occupy an important position in the world.Mining is one of the three pillars of Zimbabwe's economy,and the government attaches great importance to mining development and foreign investment.Based on the introduction of Zimbabwe's geological and mineral characteristics and mineral resources management system,this paper analyzes the mining investment environment of Zimbabwe.Combined with the changes of major mining policies in Zimbabwe in recent years,this paper holds that Zimbabwe has favorable geological and metallogenic conditions,a relatively low level of mineral resources exploration and great potential,and has a high value for mining investment.However,the existing risks should not be ignored.When Chinese mining enterprises go out to invest in the mining industry in Zimbabwe,they should pay attention to preventing political and social risks and strengthen communication with local communities.
