背带式子宫缝合联合水囊压迫治疗剖宫产中难治性产后出血的疗效观察

目的:观察背带式子宫缝合联合水囊压迫治疗剖宫产中难治性产后出血的疗效。方法:本研究开展时间为2017年3月至2020年6月,实验对象为剖宫产中难治性产后出血患者(n=70),按随机法分组,对照组(n=35)采用水囊压迫止血法治疗,观察组(n=35)采用背带式子宫缝合联合水囊压迫治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗疗效以及各项临床指标。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.43%,对照组为71.43%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量、术后24 h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用背带式子宫缝合联合水囊压迫治疗剖宫产中难治性产后出血患者,能获得较好的疗效,值得应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of strap type uterine suture combined with water sac compression in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods:This study was conducted from March 2017 to June 2020.The experimental subjects were 70 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.They were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The clinical efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and 24-hour postoperative blood loss of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section with strap type uterine suture combined with water sac compression can obtain good curative effect,which is worthy of application.
