卵巢癌患者开展一体化护理服务模式的效果观察

Effect of Integrated Nursing Service Model in Ovarian Cancer Patients

目的:卵巢癌对女性生命健康产生严重威胁,本研究对一体化服务模式应用效果进行探究。方法:将80例2017年1月至2020年8月期间在我院接受治疗卵巢癌患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表形式将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例,将采用一体化护理服务模式患者纳入研究组,将采用常规护理模式患者纳入对照组,将两组患者护理前后心理状态、生活质量进行对比。结果:护理后研究组患者SAS、SDS评分与对照组患者相比较低(P<0.05)统计学有意义。研究组患者社会功能、心理功能、物质功能、躯体功能评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)统计学有意义。结论:一体化护理服务对改善卵巢癌患者负面情绪,提高其生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective:Ovarian cancer is a serious threat to women’s life and health.Methods:80 cases of ovarian cancer were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2020,It was divided into study group and control group by random number table,40 cases each,Inclusion of patients using the integrated care service model in the study group,Patients with routine care were included in the control group,The psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the SAS、SDS score of the patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the scores of social function,psychological function,material function and physical function in the study group were statistically significant.Conclusion:Integrated nursing service is of great significance to improve the negative emotion and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients.
