改良式取胎头在第二次剖宫产术中的应用

Application of improved fetal head in the second cesarean section

目的:分析改良式取胎头在第二次剖宫产术中的应用。方法:选2019年11月至2020年11月期间本科室收治的120例第二次剖宫产手术产妇进行研究,所有产妇均通过随机数表法进行分组,均分为观察组(60例,改良式取胎头法)与对照组(60例,传统手入宫腔取胎头法)。对比临床指标、并发症发生率、妊娠结局。结果:观察组产妇手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间显著低于对照组,观察组不良结局发生率显著低于对照组,观察组产妇并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良式取胎头法可有效降低产妇手术时间、减少术中出血量,减少术后并发症发生率,改善妊娠结局,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application of improved fetal removal head in the second cesarean section.Methods:120 cases of second cesarean section from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by random number table method.The clinical indexes,complication rate and pregnancy outcome were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse outcomes of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of maternal complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved fetal head removal method can effectively reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of wide application.
