Research on Prevention and Control of Financial Risk in International Trade

财务风险是各种风险的最终落脚点,所以说对于财务风险的认知以及合理防控,在很大程度上会影响国际贸易的正常经营以及未来发展前景。而国际贸易财务风险最主要的防范措施就是建立合理的国际贸易财务风险预警机制,包括建立财务风险预警分析的组织体系,建立财务风险预警的会计系统,建立财务信息的收集系统和传递机制。此外,有效处理财务风险,完善财务风险处理机制,以及完善财务风险责任机制等,同时兼顾其他方面的预警措施,以维护国际贸易的稳定发展,能够在国际贸易中减少不必要的损失。基于此,文章主要针对国际贸易财务风险的防控措施进行了探讨与研究。

Financial risk is the ultimate goal of various risks.Therefore,the recognition and reasonable prevention and control of financial risks will affect the normal operation of international trade and its prospects to a large extent.The most important preventive measure of financial risks for international trade is to establish a reasonable financial risks early-warning and prevention mechanism for international trade,including the establishment of an organization system of financial risk early-warning and analysis,an accounting system of financial risk early-warning,and a collection system and transmission mechanism of financial information.In addition,effectively dealing with financial risks,improving financial risk dealing mechanism and improving financial risk responsibility mechanism and so on,while taking account of other early-warning measures in order to maintain the stable development of international trade,can reduce unnecessary losses in international trade.Based on this,the article mainly discusses and studies the prevention and control measures of financial risks in international trade.
