摘要
通过介绍美国学者阿瑟·克莱曼的照护理论与实践,阐述了照护、人性、“在场”、关系、苦难与救赎等关键概念,提出在照护的路径上增进对医学本质的认识,并强调其对我国叙事医学教育与实践的启示。回应国内叙事医学教育的目标、理论与实践相结合的教学形式,强调了在医学教育和训练中要做到尊重人性、培育感性能力与照护精神、强调叙事医学教育与实践的中国本土化发展、建立起跨文化理解的视角。
Through the introduction of care theory and practice put forward by American scholar Arthur Kleinman,this paper expounds key concepts like care,human nature,presence relationship,suffering and salvation.It suggests to better understand the essence of medicine on the path of care,and offers enlightenment of care on education and practice of narrative medicine in China.As a response to domestic teaching objective and teaching approach of narrative medicine,combination of theory and practice,the paper emphasizes respecting human nature,fostering perceptual capacity and care consciousness.It stresses localized development of narrative medicine in China,to cultivate a cross-cultural understanding on medical education and training.
